Front Office Executive

Job Description:

The AITM College is seeking a dedicated Front Office Executive to join our administrative team. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling incoming calls and emails, and providing general administrative support to ensure efficient operation.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome visitors
  2. Address inquiries from students, parents, and visitors by providing information or directing them to the relevant personnel
  3. Maintain and update student records as necessary. (EMIS, Veda, NEB registration etc.)
  4. Handle incoming calls and follow up with absent students and other students as required
  5. Assist in students' terminal examinations
  6. Perform administrative duties as required

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Completed a Bachelor's program in any stream
  2. Experience in front office and administrative roles
  3. Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  6. Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
