As part of their experiential learning journey, our BA (Hons) Business and Management students recently had the exciting opportunity to visit Yak Brewing Company, the renowned makers of Barahsinghe Beer. The visit offered a unique behind-the-scenes look into the fascinating world of brewing—where science, creativity, and business intersect.
During the visit, students explored the entire brewing process, gaining valuable insights into product development, quality control, supply chain management, and sustainability practices. They also had the chance to interact with industry professionals and understand the real-world dynamics of managing a successful beverage brand in Nepal’s competitive market.
At AITM, we believe in learning beyond the classroom—and this visit perfectly reflected our commitment to blending academic knowledge with practical exposure.
